Our scheduled email reminder system makes it easy to direct customers to your store when time to replace filters, UV bulbs and more

PagePilot E-Commerce comes with an integrated Reminder System, allowing you to be in touch with your customers with the right information at the right time. Most home and small business owners are busy people who appreciate this extra support from the company who services their equipment. With the reminder system, they know exactly the size and model number needed when it's time for them to replace parts needed to keep their system running efficiently and effectively. Believe it or not, being given that information alone significantly increases the likelihood that the parts will be bought, if needed, and replaced. Providing a link for the customer to be able to purchase the product from you and have it delivered right to their doorstep is a convenient way for them to make sure they don't forget to get filters if needed. They'll especially appreciate it if they require special filter types or sizes not commonly carried in stores.

It's easy for home and small business owners to subscribe to the Reminder System. Your technician can present the program when servicing your customer's equipment. A handout describing the program and sign up form that can be output at your office. They are also available preprinted in pads of 50. The customer fills in their name, address and email address and your tech determines which system parts need replacing and the recommended schedule for each based on the home environment. The information collected by the technician can be entered to the system by office staff or it can be faxed to Online-Access who can do the entry.

At the bottom each reminder sent, you have the opportunity to also market other products or services to your customer. The marketing message can be changed as frequently as needed. Customers can unsubscribe to any or all of the reminders at any time through the emails they receive.
